Who We Are
Beyond the River Academy is a collaboration of ordained Lutheran clergy who support persons seeking ministry that are faithful to the Word of God in Scripture and its right interpretation in the Lutheran Confessions. We surrender to the authority of Scripture and believe that salvation is through Jesus Christ alone.
THE NEED
Currently, there are thousands of small Lutheran churches without pastors to serve them. The average age of most Lutheran clergy is over 60 years. Unless something changes, this situation is only going to get worse.
